Olivia is a customer service professional with over 7 years’ experience. She is personable yet professional and a dynamic addition to the HepCURE team. Olivia puts patient care first and offers empathy and urgency in all interactions. Before joining HepCURE, Olivia excelled as a customer service lead for in the private sector. Olivia was previously responsible for HepCURE’s Telehealth services and is now a CARE Manager responsible for re-engaging patients that have been lost during the screening process and treatment journey.
