The Clinic & Outreach Coordinator will handle day-to-day clinic operations: ordering supplies, inventory management, administrative tasks, perform point-of-testing and counsel of program participants as instructed and clean the office regularly. In addition, outreach responsibilities include taking qualified patients to and from medical/lab appointments, locating missing clients/patients, attending home visits and delivering medication.

The Outreach Manager will conduct community-based screenings and perform point-of-care testing for all eligible program participants. Responsibilities include screening, counselling and assistance in getting patients to and from medical/lab appointments, locating missing clients/patients and medication deliveries.
